About the role:
The Account Manager position takes ownership of a portfolio of Kicksaw customers, commits to their success, and relentlessly works to drive relationships both within their organization and cross-functionally within Kicksaw.
What the Account Manager will do:
- Act as a trusted business advisor on behalf of the customer, thinking through not only their needs today but also their needs in the future
- Think strategically to identify opportunities for Kicksaw to innovate and respond to customer needs
- Communicate throughout all levels of Kicksaw and customer organizations to build consensus and align expectations
- Lead, drive, and manage Kicksaw product adoption and associated change
- Serve as the customer advocate and quarterback for all customer interactions with Kicksaw
- Establish strong relationships and understanding of customerโs organization
- Conduct QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) to the customer
- Identify and manage against key performance indicators for individual clients
- Responsible for securing all renewals for your customer book-of-business
- Increase Adoption Scores across each of your accounts and across your book-of-business
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within customer organization and work closely with Sales to ensure closure
- Ensure seamless transition from implementation to ongoing customer success
- Some travel may be required - 10-15%
The right candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success working with customers at the executive level
- Experience using data and analytics to improve client satisfaction and product optimization, as well as sell new products/services
- Experience working within a SaaS / Technology company
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Account management and strong relationship building skills
- Ability to self-motivate with a strong determination to succeed
Bonus points for:
- Previous experience with CRM systems, Salesforce strongly preferred

- For candidates based in the United States, this position includes an annual base salary range of $100,000 - $135,000 USD + Commission
- For candidates based in Canada, this position includes an annual base salary range of $125,000 - 168,750 CAD + Commission
- Final compensation offers are based on level of experience, skillset, certifications, and education.
