Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Account Manager Intern to support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will assist with project planning, coordination, and client communications, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the success of client projects. You’ll work closely with the Account Manager and project teams, helping to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, while learning about client relationship management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support:
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Help develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans under the supervision of the Account Manager.
- Track project progress, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time.
- Help identify and address any project-related issues or risks.
- Team Coordination:
- Support in organizing team meetings and ensure effective communication between team members.
- Help monitor project tasks and assist in resource allocation.
- Provide administrative support to team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Assist in communicating project updates to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of project status and any issues.
- Help maintain positive relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.
- Assist in managing client expectations and addressing any concerns that arise.
- General Assistance:
- Provide general administrative support to the Account Manager and project teams.
- Perform research and gather data to help inform project decisions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance project delivery.
- Support file organization and drive storage upkeep
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in project management, client relations, or marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
