Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Federal Web/Digital Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of project management experience with a focus on web and digital projects within the federal sector. This role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record of successfully managing digital initiatives from inception to completion. This is a 6 month contract to hire that is remote (EST Hours), active or recently held Public Trust required.
\n- Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple web and digital projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for federal clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all projects adhere to federal standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Implement and monitor metrics to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
