The Role
Legend is hiring a Head of SEO, reporting directly to our Head of Gaming Portfolio.
Are you ready to shape the future of iGaming affiliation? Join us on an exciting journey to build some of the biggest brands and networks in the industry. In this pivotal role, you will tackle intriguing SEO challenges and lead a high-impact P1 project, guiding your peers and stakeholders to success. You'll have the opportunity to build and scale your own SEO team, enhancing existing structures and workflows in collaboration with other company leaders.
Working alongside a team of exceptionally talented professionals across various disciplines in the iGaming industry, you will be at the forefront of a dynamic and rapidly growing field. This is your chance to make a significant impact and drive our success to new heights.

- Create and execute a proper SEO strategy around our networks, including hreflang and interlinking strategy, EEAT, best practice SEO requirements, BIC and big feature implementations, offpage etc.
- Ownership of offpage SEO PNL (track impact, report on to stakeholders and advise on budget and investment).
- Lead and train a team of 7 with technical expertise, soft skills and career progression.
- Map out future scaling of the SEO team in the pillar, improve hiring and onboarding processes for SEO roles, as well as tooling.
- Opportunities to get hands on and drive big pillar wide initiatives yourself.
- Proven experience with successfully growing affiliate sites (Gaming or similar competitive niches like finance, health, sports).
- Proven experience as a SEO team lead, including experience in close collaboration with different functions (content, product, design, engineering etc.).
- Strong strategic approach, can create long term strategies for websites to drive organic growth, but can also build strategies around how to scale a team most efficiently.
- Transformational leader who spreads positivity and excitement about SEO, the products and the team and lead their team by example.
- 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with our team, Senior SEO Manager and Head of Content (1 hour video via Zoom)
- 3rd: Leadership interview with our Senior People Partner (1 hour video via Zoom)
- 4th: Final interview, take home task - you will be given 5 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, Chief Gaming Officer and Head of Gaming Portfolio (Hiring Manager) (1 hour video via Zoom)
