The Role
Legend is hiring a Senior Off-Page SEO Manager, reporting directly to our Global Head of Growth.
Are you ready to build something big from the ground up? We’re looking for a link-building expert to grow a team and implement paid and other strategic off-page initiatives that will supercharge our SEO efforts and drive commercial success across our iGaming brands.
With huge untapped potential—this is an area we haven’t explored yet—you’ll have the chance to deliver quick wins while developing a scalable, long-term strategy to boost rankings, authority, and traffic in competitive markets.
And the scope? Massive. We’re expanding fast, with multiple site launches planned across dozens of languages and regulated iGaming markets worldwide. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and want to make a real impact in the iGaming space, we’d love to hear from you!

\n- Lead and grow a high-performing off-page SEO team – Hire, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a scalable link-building strategy – Create and implement innovative paid and organic link-building initiatives that drive authority, rankings, and traffic.
- Establish and expand strategic partnerships – Identify and build relationships with key industry partners, publishers, and content creators to enhance outreach efforts.
- Act as a liaison between the team and pillars – Maintain clear communication, ensuring transparency, alignment, and collaboration across SEO, content, and commercial teams.
- Manage reporting and budgeting processes – Track performance, optimise spending, and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximise ROI.
- Management & Leadership – Experience leading and managing an SEO team, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.
- Strong Off-Page SEO Expertise – Deep understanding of link-building strategies, website evaluation, key link quality criteria, and competitor backlink analysis.
- Negotiation & Relationship Building – Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to secure the best value and ROI on link-building investments.
- Team Growth & Development – Hands-on experience hiring, training, and supporting a successful link-building team.
- Cold Outreach & Paid Link Building – Experience executing effective outreach campaigns and working with paid link providers to secure high-value placements.
- Strategic Mindset – A proven ability to develop and implement link-building strategies that drive measurable SEO and commercial growth.
- 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with our team, Senior SEO and Off-Page SEO team member (1 hour video via Zoom)
- 3rd: Interview with our People Partner (1 hour video via Zoom)
- 4th: Take home task - you will be given 5 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, Global Head of Growth and Senior SEO (1 hour video via Zoom)
