About the Role:
The Marketing Manager will oversee and optimize PPC and SEO campaigns across various digital channels. With a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, the individual will drive traffic, enhance campaign performance, and manage client accounts in fast-paced, startup-like environments. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to scale campaigns, and a deep knowledge of industry nuances in legal, medical, or professional services marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of PPC and SEO campaigns.
- Manage and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to drive quality traffic.
- Audit and analyze campaign performance, continuously optimizing for improved results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and drive client success.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality campaigns in a timely manner.
- Oversee and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and direction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in PPC and SEO with proven experience in campaign management.
- Background in affiliate marketing with a track record of driving traffic and optimizing campaigns.
- Experience in managing digital campaigns in legal, medical, or professional services marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to audit, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns effectively.
- Ability to manage teams and work in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
- Fluent in English to ensure smooth communication.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with additional marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, or display ads.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of specific legal, medical, or professional service industry regulations and marketing practices.
Salary:
USD $3,200/month.
Schedule and Time Zone:
Full-time role, remote, with flexible working hours within LATAM time zones.
