Are you passionate about delivering excellence in the public sector? We’re seeking a Project Manager to support federal clients, including the VA. You’ll manage project onboarding, customer success, and timely deliverables, working closely with government liaisons, regulatory bodies, and cross-functional teams to ensure all projects meet client and regulatory requirements. \n- Government Liaison and Contract Management: Serve as a primary contact for government liaisons, ensuring compliance with contracts and deadlines. Maintain positive relationships and address inquiries effectively.
- Project Management: Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and implement strategies to keep projects on track. Act as the main contact for project-related issues, escalating concerns as needed.
- Process Improvement and SOP Development:Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop SOPs to enhance efficiency. Train team members on new processes to ensure consistent application.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records and generate regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Discovery and Delivery: Run discovery and delivery in parallel to create and ship products, using data to improve service delivery in real time.
- Stakeholder and Project Management: Set objectives, milestones, and facilitate collaboration across stakeholders. Provide bi-weekly status updates and maintain centralized knowledge bases.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven project management experience, including contract management and issue escalation.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience working with federal government clients (VA experience preferred).

Salary Band for this role: $110,000 - $140,000/yr
Due to our work with government clients, salary ranges are fixed. Please ensure your expectations align with the specified range.
