NeoWork is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our client. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of one of our clients.

As an Executive Assistant, you will directly contribute to our mission by customer service, sales processes, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Working with customer service, sales and marketing, and social media initiatives
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between different teams and departments
- Assist with project management and follow-up on action items
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office supply management
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the executive team
- At least 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and office software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
- Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
- We provide comprehensive training for all candidates, regardless of their background or previous experience as a VA.
- The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs.
- This is a 100% home-based position
- The salary ranges from Php 30,000 to 40,000.00 and can be negotiated based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
