Description
As an HR Onboarding Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Sending job offers to selected candidates in a timely manner
- Coordinating the sending of onboarding forms and ensuring they are completed accurately and promptly
- Sending employment contracts to new hires
- Verifying and validating pre-employment requirements
- Facilitating the ordering and processing of background checks through our third-party vendor
- Accurate data entry of employee information into the HRIS and timekeeping system
- Sending welcome emails and onboarding communication to new hires, providing them with essential information and resources
- Assisting with other HR tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
