Overview:
The Senior Marketing Manager will be a key driver of patient acquisition and growth across Nira Medical’s network of clinics. This role will focus on developing and executing scalable marketing strategies, leveraging digital media, direct mail, SEO, and website optimizations to enhance patient acquisition. Working closely with General Managers and local teams, the Senior Marketing Manager will ensure marketing efforts are aligned with clinic-specific growth goals while building systems for reliable and measurable patient acquisition.
This role combines a strong strategic vision with hands-on execution, testing, and optimization to “crack the code” on scalable marketing solutions for existing and new clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement scalable patient acquisition strategies through digital channels (e.g., paid social, SEM, programmatic media), direct mail campaigns, and SEO initiatives.
Design and optimize Nira Medical’s website to improve patient experience and drive conversions.
Test and iterate on marketing approaches to determine the most effective channels and messages for patient acquisition.
Collaboration and Support:
Partner with General Managers and clinic leaders to understand local market dynamics and align marketing efforts with clinic-specific growth targets.
Work with central and local teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns across markets.
Analytics and Performance Optimization:
Build and maintain dashboards to track patient acquisition performance across campaigns, channels, and clinics.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing ROI and inform future strategies.
System Building and Scaling:
Establish scalable processes and systems for patient acquisition that can be deployed across Nira Medical’s growing footprint.
Document best practices and create playbooks for replicable success in marketing efforts across all clinics.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within healthcare, consumer services, or a growth-oriented organization.
Proven track record in at least 2 of the following digital marketing, SEO, direct mail campaigns, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience in a multi-site operation is a plusExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
