About the Role
This role is part of the customer experience team focused on credit and fintech experience for our customers. The candidate will closely work with the finance & risk team to design and offer innovative credit products to our customers directly impacting the share of credit purchases.
The role involves working closely with our data team to analyze and identify insights about credit requirements across regions. It would also include working with international rating agencies to drive platform integrations and utilizing them to fine-tune the credit offering.
Requirements
Clear and effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact and influence stakeholders.
Experience with data querying languages like SQL (Others would be a plus)
Understanding of payments and financial operations
Structured problem solver. You can identify user and business problems and use technology to solve them efficiently
A strong interest and understanding of the product management role
1-2 years of experience (any role) in tech startups (fintech would be a plus).
