The Digital Marketing team is an integral part of the Outreach Go-To-Market function. We focus on driving real business impact for prospects by being both technology and subject experts. The Role:
Outreach is searching for a talented and motivated UX/UI and Digital Marketing Designer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in crafting a best-in-class website and digital marketing experience that converts visitors into leads and customers.
- As a UX/UI Designer on the Digital Marketing team, your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional website experiences across Outreach’s marketing website, marketing content, digital advertising, and marketing landing pages.
- You will collaborate with Web Development, Content, SEO, Events, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to design, implement and execute top-quality campaigns and optimizations on the website and other marketing channels.
- Key tasks include improving website user experience and design, creating engaging custom graphics, icons, & visual elements for websites, web applications, display and social media advertising, and user interfaces, working and collaborating within design systems, managing large-scale projects, and contributing to marketing campaigns.
- Design and prototype user interfaces (UI) that are clear, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
- Develop user experience (UX) that smoothly guides visitors through the sales funnel and facilitates conversions.
- You will also be responsible for QA, scope management, usability testing and staying current on the latest UX design trends and optimizations.
- CMS such as Craft, Magento, or Wordpress, Figma, Photoshop, Adobe suite, Github, Canva, JavaScript, Jira, HTML/ CSS Development knowledge. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in visual/digital design or a similar field, with at least 5 years of UX/UI design or related digital marketing experience.
- Experience creating digital ads in diverse formats on channels including: Google Ads, Linkedin, Display Advertising, Referral marketing, and YouTube.
- Motion graphics/video editing experience for web (After Effects & Premiere Pro) a plus
- Cross-collaboration, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines.
- Basic understanding of personas, web analytics, digital marketing channels, and how each category ties back into UX/UI, Digital Marketing Design, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
The annual base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
