As an Accounting Virtual Assistant, you will provide essential support to our clients in managing their financial processes and ensuring accurate record-keeping. From reconciling accounts and processing invoices to preparing financial reports, you will play a critical role in helping our clients maintain financial health.

Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Process invoices and track client payments
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
- Manage and update financial spreadsheets and databases
- Communicate with clients regarding financial inquiries and provide timely responses
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices
- Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
