Our client, a US based agency, is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager with Project Management experience to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing projects and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Understand client needs and objectives, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful projects
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Must be based in Latin America and work aligned with Pacific Time.
