Our client, a US-based company, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team remotely. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to company executives while also handling bookkeeping responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Office Management:
Maintain office organization by managing files, supplies, and office equipment. Ensure the office environment is professional and runs efficiently. - Scheduling and Calendar Management:
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for executives and staff. Ensure all commitments are well-coordinated and no overlaps occur. - Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors in a professional manner. - Documentation and Filing:
Prepare and maintain various documents, reports, and correspondence. Organize and update files and records, ensuring everything is easily accessible and properly stored.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an office administrator or secretary will be a plus.
