We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant and Project Manager to join a US-based Online Creator Company. The company is based in LA, so we need a candidate that is able to overlap at least 5 hours with 8 am to 5pm PST. Candidate needs to be easily reachable.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to:

  • Lead the way in organizing multiple projects, doing the 'busy work', and helping the CEO to stay on top of his own workload.
  • Have a detailed overview on all businesses and projects where the CEO is involved, and the ability to manage them
  • Manage timelines, events, and tasks, take care of calendars, emails, communication, and more.
  • Be involved in the CEO's day-to-day, high engagement, assuring smooth progress on all projects.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • High-level project management skills
  • Excellent and efficient communication skills
  • Experience in using Notion, ClickUP or similar (should be an expert in software for management/organization)
  • Impeccable attention to detail; you value accuracy and take full ownership of mistakes made.
  • Able to work Pacific Time hours and be be easily reachable.
