We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for our US-based client in the tax advising sector. This role will focus on managing client relationships, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and maintaining operational efficiency through system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Client Satisfaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on tax planning and bookkeeping services.
- Manage Financial Processes: Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and timely collection to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Monthly Client Reviews: Conduct reviews with clients to verify accurate and timely completion of their books.
- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless experience and clear communication of service expectations.
- Liaison Between Teams: Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
- Systems & Automations: Create and improve systems and automations to optimize workflows and enhance the client experience.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in HubSpot, QuickBooks, and ClickUp to manage client data, financial records, and project tasks.
- Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills to manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
- Experience in Client Management or a related field, with a proactive approach to enhancing systems and processes.
