Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and organized Content Manager to develop and execute content strategies that boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This is a remote role with flexible hours, 15 days of paid time off, and U.S. federal holidays off.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Plan and create engaging content (posts, videos, infographics, stories) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and message.
Audience Engagement
- Manage interactions with followers to build an active online community.
- Use trends, hashtags, and new opportunities to increase visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track content performance (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Provide reports and insights to improve results.
Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Plan and run paid content campaigns to generate leads.
- Work with marketing teams to align efforts.
Platform Management
- Optimize social media profiles for better performance.
- Stay updated on platform changes and new tools.
Collaboration
- Work with design and marketing teams for cohesive campaigns.
- Align content with business goals.
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of content management experience (B2B or lead generation preferred).
- Proven success in content campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Experience with analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Strong writing, visual communication, and design skills.
- Proficiency with content scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in performance marketing or lead generation.
- Knowledge of SEO for content strategies.
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Skilled in building online communities.
