We are looking for a talented junior/mid-level Marketing Graphic Designer to join our creative production team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective banners for Meta and Google, as well as localizing them into various formats and resizing them for different platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling and visually appealing creatives for Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Localize creatives for different markets, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
- Resize creatives for Google, maintaining design integrity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of creatives.
We expect that you have:
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong graphic design skills, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Creative out-of-the-box thinking.
- High level of self-organization, and time management.
- English B1+ level
Will be a plus:
- Experience in generating images using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E).
- Understanding of the basics of performance marketing.
