We are seeking a Video Lead with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in building teams for the massive production of video ads within in-house Creative Production teams. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping processes to achieve a growing success rate of video ad performance in paid user acquisition campaigns, combined with delivery KPIs. You will be working with video editors, motion designers, creative producers and user acquisition managers, focusing on creating ads for various social platforms, primarily Meta, Google, and TikTok.
On a daily basis, you will handle three creative directions for video production: user-generated testimonials, fitness creators’ content, and video exploration of new topics. Quarterly, you will manage remote and onsite creator shootings for paid ads, as well as on-brand and product content projects requiring video production. Video ad localization and tech supervision are also integral parts of your role.
Challenges You'll Meet:
- The main team’s challenge is to streamline and scale video ad production to grow threefold in delivery while increasing the stage-to-stage success rate in tests and active campaigns.
- Our team supplies ads for user acquisition across at least five different user segments, with each funnel requiring specific video production techniques. The challenges are present in each funnel and span various traffic sources.
- Challenges requiring your action for streamlining the production pipeline include: recurring creator content production (via agencies, online platforms, and offline shootings), improving testing approaches to video ads and performance overviews, unifying technical pipelines, storing and distributing source materials across editors and motion designers, and streamlining the localization of video ads.
- In addition to day-to-day structured video production for the main user acquisition channels, the team's goals include constant exploration of untapped traffic sources and creative production and testing on a smaller but ongoing scale.
- Our team is international, with members based in Cyprus, Warsaw, Germany, and Serbia. It’s essential for this role to set up effective collaboration processes for maintaining a cohesive and efficient workflow.
- A critical challenge you will face is owning the quantitative and qualitative delivery of video ads in Creative production, which, in the fast-growing environment of an evolving product, will require your ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and feedback.
We expect that you have:
- 2+ year of work experience in a Video Lead position with full ownership of the video production pipeline.
- 1+ year of work experience as a UGC producer.
- Expertise in video editing, color grading, and motion design hardware.
- 3+ years of work experience in video production servicing performance marketing for mobile apps.
- 2+ years of experience in live action video shootings.
- 3+ years as a producer of a different range of commercial video projects, including post-production.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with a data-driven approach.
- Attention to detail, high level of self-organization, and time management skills.
- English proficiency at B1+ level. Fluency in Russian is required.
Will be a plus:
- Ready to share success cases of scaling production of video ads in-house.
- Experience in the health & fitness mobile apps industry.
- Experience in partnerships with Europe and UK-based agencies and production houses.
