Now, we are looking for an experienced Video Lead with strong project management skills.
What you'll do:
- Leading the video production process, ensuring efficiency, organization, and timely delivery;
- Optimizing creative workflows and streamlining video production processes;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including video editors, motion designers, creative producers, and user acquisition managers;
- Managing video production for ads across various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok);
- Structuring workflows, managing timelines, and fostering collaboration within the team;
- Overseeing various creative directions, including user-generated testimonials, fitness creators' content, and AI video generation;
- Coordinating with Marketing, Growth, Writing, and Product Marketing teams to ensure smooth internal workflows and clear communication;
- Collaborating with external agencies and advertising platform representatives;
- Leading and managing team members, ensuring the timely execution and delivery of video content;
- Analyzing performance data and implementing improvements in video production processes;
- Scaling video production to meet growing demand;
- Overseeing localization and distribution of video content;
- Managing both onsite and remote shoots effectively;
What we look for:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency or in-house production team;
- 2+ years of experience in a Video Lead role, with ownership over video production workflows;
- Strong knowledge of creative production, team management, and cross-functional collaboration;
- Ability to define creative specifications, manage production timelines, and create detailed execution plans;
- Hands-on experience in video production for performance marketing, particularly for mobile apps;
- Experience with video localization and distribution pipelines;
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with a data-driven approach to video content;
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
