What We’re Looking For
Our client, a rapidly growing startup, is looking for a Social Media Video Editor to create engaging video content for a membership-based platform. This role focuses on producing dynamic videos that capture attention and drive engagement across social media and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, stays ahead of social media trends, and can bring creative ideas to life through video editing.
Responsibilities
- Edit and produce video content for social media ads, organic content, YouTube Shorts, long-form YouTube videos, and website videos.
- Create engaging, influencer-style content that aligns with current trends.
- Enhance video pacing, transitions, and effects to maximize audience engagement.
- Maintain consistency in branding and storytelling across all video content.
- Adapt content for different platforms to optimize performance.
- Proven experience in video editing for social media.
- Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to bring creative ideas to life through video editing.
- Experience working with high-energy, influencer-driven content.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation.
- Experience in lifestyle, entertainment, or digital media industries.
- Background in editing performance-driven video ads.
