Location
Albuquerque, NM: In-office work required for those residing in this area.

Work collaboratively with attorneys to provide intelligent, compassionate, and determined advocacy for clients, ensuring maximum compensation for harms caused by others' wrongful actions.
Provide clients and case files with the attention and organization needed to reach resolutions effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Attend firm-wide huddles and team meetings as scheduled.
Draft and file complaints within 30 days of a case transfer.
Ensure service of process is completed within designated timeframes.
Schedule and track case milestones, including scheduling hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Provide telephonic client updates every six weeks, with no more than 10 outstanding updates at any given time.
Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in SmartAdvocate.
Draft and serve subpoenas, discovery requests, and responses.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including scheduling witness statements, compiling exhibits, and creating necessary legal binders.
Perform background checks on defendants and clients as part of case preparation.
Work collaboratively with attorneys, case managers, and legal assistants to move cases toward resolution.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience required.
Ability to travel in the event a case goes to trial is required.
Strong understanding of state, local, and federal court rules.
Experience with e-filing and legal documentation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Salary: $58,260 - $74,900 per year
