Job Summary:
The Human Resources Administrator is a critical role supporting HR/ People Programs and ensuring the day-to-day delivery of all HR programs. This role impacts the overall employee experience down to the key employee lifecycle interactions and support of all HR functional needs. The HR Admin requires a proactive individual who can identify areas of administrative need and execute improving overall employee experience and contributing to the overall success of REE Medical.
What is expected in this role:
- Own REE employees’ files, records, and documentation lifecycles. Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of files, and overall maintenance of compliance.
- Support REE employees and HR admin team with clerical and administrative tasks in various Lifecycle and HR programs such as recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits, separations, etc.
- Collaborate with HRBP and HR Generalist in administrative support of HR programs and initiatives.
- Act at initial support for Employee Ticket Inquires and assign to HR Generalist, HRBP, and other stakeholders as required for items like conflict resolution, payroll questions, disciplinary actions, grievances, and harassment claims.
- Supports HR Generalist in Employee Onboarding Experience – delivers communications and outreach for all candidates in pre-boarding and introduces supervisors and new hires on 1st day following HR onboarding meetings. May own other administrative tasks within the overall onboarding experience, such as background checks and I-9 Processing.
- Acts as payroll support for Finance team, may assist with processing, answering questions, fixing errors, etc. in tandem with REE’s finance team.
- May provide clerical support regarding HR policies and procedures. Ensures HR Generalist has support in communication roll out of any new processes and procedures. Owns and Tracks HR’s Navex utilization for all acknowledgements and signatures.
- Support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, feedback, and recognition programs and collaborate with HR leadership and HRBPs for delivery.
How success is measured in this role:
- Employee Engagement Scores: Measuring engagement overall. Target 70%+
- Onboarding Metrics: Measuring satisfaction of pre-boarding and 1st day experience for new hires. Target 4.5 star average every quarter.
- Compliance Ratings: Ensuring compliance for HR department and employees files are within overall HR team targets.
- Employee Relations Metrics: Ensuring resolution times, and satisfaction scores are in line with overall HR team targets.
What you need in this role to be successful:
- Strong Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, ATS, or other People Functional Tools and automation systems.
- Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ years of HR Administrator or Project Coordination experience, with an interest in learning more about HR / People functions.
- Proven experience in any administrative focused role, where you owned communications, emails, files, etc. is a big plus!
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with little or no defined infrastructure or processes.
- Track record of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Ability and empathy to relate to all levels of the organization.
- Analytical and problem-solving orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
