Position Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be in a client-facing role, responsible for managing accounts, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring successful outcomes for our clients. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong sense of urgency, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has experience with key platforms like Google and Meta, and is driven to consistently exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee client accounts to drive growth and satisfaction.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and
social media campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Foster strong client relationships and address requests/updates.
- Lead client meetings and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- Retain clients considering service cancellation and provide expert advice.
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, or account management - at least 1 year of experience in an agency setting.
- Proven expertise in SEO and Google Business Profile - familiarity with overall strategy and optimization is essential.
- Leadership experience with a client-first attitude.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Native-level English.
- Home services industry experience (e.g., construction, roofing, landscaping) is a must.
- Competitive salary of $2,000–$2,500/month, with potential for salary increases after three months based on performance.
- Up to $4,000 in yearly bonuses. Quarterly retention bonus of $1,000.
