About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Financial Operations, this Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the launch and monitoring of new payer and partnership initiatives, with a strong emphasis on designing and optimizing revenue cycle processes. This individual will be responsible for both high-level problem-solving and detailed workflow implementation.
This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, strategic thinking and deep analytical work, experience in healthcare payer operations and revenue cycle management, and comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities. Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting leading end-to-end transformation (process, technology, and people)
Experience building processes and utilizing tools (Salesforce, AMD, payer portals (e.g., Availity) etc.) to drive optimization
Experience applying structure, prioritization and effective communication to solve problems not just for the current state, but also predict future need
Experience writing deliverables that are concise and clear for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience applying data and modeling to track performance (data visualization) and drive business decisions
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare or start-up experience
General knowledge of payer / insurance landscape, particularly reviewing and implementing requirements for healthcare payer contracts
Experience using data analytics with proficiency in Google/Excel (required), SQL (nice to have), Looker (nice to have)
Tech Savviness/Natural technical aptitude/Fluency with Google Suite, Salesforce, ZenDesk, AdvancedMD/EHR, or similar platforms
