Marketing Programs in SAVii
Marketing Programs refer to strategic initiatives designed to develop and/or promote SAVii’s product, service, or brand. These programs are implemented to attract, engage, convert, and retain customers, ultimately helping business growth.
Marketing Programs are mostly large-scale efforts that can run short-term, but are mostly long-term initiatives that can be independent of campaign timelines. These typically involve cross-functional execution and collaboration, mostly with Product and Partnerships. These programs may run indefinitely, and can include a series of campaigns.
Position Overview
As a Marketing Programs Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, executing, and managing marketing programs that align with the company's strategic goals. Working with the Head of Growth Marketing and other stakeholders, you will support both B2B and B2C segments, ensuring that our marketing initiatives drive significant business impact.
\n- Program Development. Collaborate with the Head of Growth Marketing and other stakeholders to develop marketing programs that drive lead generation and conversion. Analyze potential areas of opportunities or gaps and work closely with Marketing Managers to identify tactical strategies and/or initiatives that would require program management. Utilize market research and analysis to create targeted marketing programs that resonate with key customer segments.
- Program Management. Support the end-to-end management and supervision of marketing programs. Create program workflows that may have critical paths both internal and external to the company, and potential cross-functional dependencies. Measure and evaluate the impact of marketing programs and present results/data to stakeholders, collaborators or partners.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Project Oversight: Oversee dependent marketing projects or campaigns per program ensuring they meet organizational goals. Perform other tasks or special projects related to marketing programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing program development and management
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective marketing strategies that have driven significant customer acquisition and revenue growth with measurable business results
- Mature experience in program development, implementation, and optimization (end-to-end project management)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Google Suite (or MS Office) and project management tools
