As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Senior Technical Instructional Designer/Analytics Engineer who can bridge the gap between technical complexities and user experience.
What You Will Do
In this unique role, you will be responsible for creating instructional materials that enhance the effectiveness of our software, while also applying your analytics expertise to help our clients maximize their investment in Seeq. You will design engaging training content and collaborate closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure delivery of top-tier educational resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape engaging learning experiences that drive behavior change and improve performance across Seeq’s customers, partners, and employees, using best practices in adult learning and tailored to specific job and task needs.
- Leverage innovative technology to create and curate top-notch customer learning content that scales effectively—particularly through online platforms.
- Design interactive, multimedia courseware grounded in adult learning theory that resonates with diverse, global audiences.
- Build and nurture key relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and shared success.
- Be the voice of our brand by narrating and producing Seeq product and analytics video training—constantly updating the content to keep it fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with Seeq analytics engineers to manage and update training materials, ensuring seamless access to the latest content on our servers.
- Adhere to Seeq’s branding guidelines to ensure that every piece of training is polished, professional, and aligned with our corporate identity.
- Use state-of-the-art authoring tools to create interactive, compelling learning solutions that are both user-friendly and technically robust.
- Deepen your product expertise, gaining insights into Seeq’s technological and functional capabilities.
- Develop meaningful assessments to measure knowledge, skills, and job performance outcomes, ensuring your programs make a real impact.
- Measure the success of your programs through performance metrics and continuously seek ways to improve based on research and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the Learning Team to enhance current programs and stay at the forefront of adult education trends.
- Mentor others in best practices for instructional design, coaching sales enablement managers, trainers, and business partners.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Instructional Development, Training, Education, or Communication preferred.
- Certifications & Experience:
- Engineering background preferred.
- Seeq Certified Analytics Engineer or Instructor highly desirable.
- Proven experience with Seeq or ability to quickly learn.
- Instructional Design Expertise:
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS customer, partner, or sales training.
- Skilled in designing and delivering diverse learning programs (e-learning, video, gamification, virtual/live classrooms).
- Proven track record in creating scalable, engaging online training.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient with e-learning tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360).
- Experience with HTML5, xAPI, and mobile/adaptive learning is a plus.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Docebo preferred) and virtual tools like Zoom and Teams.
- Creative & Communication Skills:
- Experience narrating and editing video training modules.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts effectively.
- Project Management:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Collaboration:
- Excellent team player with strong verbal and written communication.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders in both live and virtual settings.
- Additional Attributes:
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of various instructional design models preferred.
