The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team and contribute to the design of Polaris, our AI-driven marketing platform. Polaris helps businesses drive impactful results across media, creative, measurement, and audience through advanced AI built for expert marketers and clients to use directly. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with product management, engineering, and data science to design intuitive, elegant solutions that make sophisticated AI capabilities accessible and effective for our users.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $91,000 - $129,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions
**While this role offers the flexibility to work remotely, we have office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where you can join in on learning and development opportunities, fun events, take advantage of a space to work, and collaborate in person!

\n- Creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma or Sketch for a seamless user experience
- Conducting research and testing to understand user needs and validate design concepts
- Collaborating with product managers to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Partnering with engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation
- Developing and maintaining cohesive design systems for scalability
- Simplifying complex AI features for clarity and usability
- Engaging in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to elevate quality
- Staying current with design trends, UX practices, and AI advancements to drive innovation
- 3-5 years of product design experience with a strong user-centric portfolio
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong user research skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable designs
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills
- Passion for simplifying complex systems and attention to detail in design
- Familiar with agile development processes and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Experience designing AI-driven or data-heavy platforms for usability and clarity
- Background in marketing tech, ad tech, or analytics platforms
- Knowledge of front-end development and design-to-code translation
- Familiar with building and maintaining design systems for large-scale apps
