We're looking for an entrepreneurial Clinical Recruiter to help scale our world-class clinical team during a period of tremendous growth. You will own the full recruitment life cycle for psychotherapists (LCSWs, LPCs, Psy.D, etc.), psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs), collaborative physicians, and other essential clinical team members. Joining our small but mighty talent team and reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll have the opportunity to shape our clinical recruitment function and make a significant impact on women's mental healthcare.
This isn't just another recruiting role – you'll be a key player in building a clinical team that's transforming how women access mental health support. You'll help evolve our recruitment strategies, implement new programs, and have direct impact on thousands of women's lives through the providers you bring onboard.
\n- Own and manage our full clinical recruitment lifecycle, scaling our proven approaches to serve thousands more women
- Create, implement and optimize recruitment strategies for different provider types, from psychotherapists to PMHNPs
- Analyze capacity, utilization & growth data to determine our clinical hiring needs across geographies and license types
- Build relationships with top mental health professionals nationwide, becoming their trusted partner in exploring transformative career opportunities
- Evolve our clinical hiring brand and storytelling approach to attract exceptional talent
- Partner with clinical leadership to continuously refine what excellence looks like in our provider team
- Proven mental health recruitment expertise with a data-driven approach
- Expert user os ATS and sourcing tools, with creative talent attraction strategies
