DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES ::
Engage with interested renters and relay there contact details to managment for proper follow up
Handle rental inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy access to important information. .
Demonstrate excellent etiquette while managing calls and messages effectively.
Support office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning virtual workspace.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support the teamโs objectives.
Experience
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective collaboration.
Experience in calendar management and office administration will be beneficial.
