Position: Remote Controller/Accountant (Full-Time, Graveyard Shift)
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per yearBenefits: Holidays, PTO

Role Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Controller/Accountant to join our client’s remote team. This is a full-time role during the graveyard shift, requiring experience with NetSuite ERP and a strong background in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Perform variance analyses and financial fluctuations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Prepare multi-state tax returns and assist with audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments.
Must-Have Skills:
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in e-commerce, with Shopify expertise as a plus.
• Proficiency in multi-state tax compliance and reporting (Avalara experience preferred).
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• CPA certification (preferred but not required).
• Experience in fashion or retail sectors.
• Advanced knowledge of multi-state tax regulations.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• High-speed internet and backup, noise-canceling headset, and computer with webcam.
