Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Standard Time, Monday-Friday

\n- Vendor Acquisition: Identify, contact, and recruit Lawn Pros and Pool Pros nationwide through outbound calls, emails, and texts
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, fostering trust and effectively conveying the benefits of joining our platform.
- Sales and Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into active vendors, meeting or exceeding monthly recruitment targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings and recruitment approach.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, update databases, and provide regular reports on recruitment progress.
- Customer Service: Address vendor inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Experience recruiting Lawn Pros or Pool Pros, or familiarity with the property management and home services industry.
- Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service roles
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and goals.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
