Job Description
The Prosper Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Director to focus on marketing efforts for Liberty Spenders, ReachRight Network, and The Prosper Group. This role will be responsible for sales funnel building and generation via HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and possess strong marketing skills, with experience in podcast marketing being a plus.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Liberty Spenders, ReachRight Network, and The Prosper Group.
• Build and manage sales funnels using HubSpot to generate leads and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
• Copywriting for Email Marketing, website and podcast landing pages
• Social Media Content for various networks
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Team support at in-person events and trade shows
• Develop content and promotional materials to support marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and podcast marketing.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications
• Five or more years of experience in marketing.
• Proven experience in sales funnel building and lead generation using HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Experience in podcast marketing is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information
This position can be remote. Preference is given to those in the Indianapolis, IN area.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
