TTEC Digital seeks a Consulting Project Manager to join our CX Strategy and Research practice! This is a 100% remote opportunity!
As a Manager of Consulting and Project Management at TTEC Digital you will be part of a project delivery team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional and effective solutions that enhance both end-customer and employee experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the consulting industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget and exceeding client expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to navigate complex client relationships while ensuring project goals are met effectively. This is a Consultative PM role, requiring the person to dig in with the team on projects, understand the work being delivered, and contribute to it, not solely PM projects. This role reports to the Director, CX Strategy, Design & Process.
\n- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget allocation.
- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and milestones to ensure timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Conduct regular status meetings and progress updates with clients to review project milestones, deliverables, and performance against expectations.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions or recommendations to enhance project outcomes and overall satisfaction.
- As opportunities to provide additional consultative solutions are identified, advise the Director.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring each team member understands their responsibilities and contributes to project success.
- Drive process improvements and best practices within the project management function, contributing to the overall enhancement of project delivery methodologies.
- Gather feedback from clients, team members, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable recommendations.
- Minimum Bachelor’s level degree required.
- 8+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the consulting industry
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred
- Client-facing consulting experience
- Contact Center or CRM experience
- Both Waterfall (required) and Agile delivery experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $ 110K to $150K. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill levels. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
