About the CompanyVIZOR is a material coating technology company with offices in NYC and NJ. The company has created a suite of active ingredients and specialty raw materials that go into various consumer goods. The team is comprised of some of the leading technical minds in personal care with over 50 years of combined experience in the industry.We are looking for a high energy, highly organized, "people person" to step into a part-time Technical Sales & Account Management opportunity, with the potential for this to turn into a full-time role. This individual will be the main point of contact for the company's existing customers and help drive new business amongst these clients. Open to Hybrid arrangements. Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Sales Pipeline Management: Assist the sales team in organizing and tracking sales leads, opportunities, and ongoing projects.Revenue Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts by understanding customer needs and strategically positioning products for new projects.Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's specialty chemical products and their applications.Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and product development teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and revenue projections in the CRM system.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.Priority towards candidates with experience in technical sales, preferably in specialty chemicals or raw materials to the personal care and cosmetics industry—or a related scientific/technology industry.Proven track record of successful account management and revenue growth.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to understand complex technical products and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management software.Compensation:
