Description
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are happy with active and completed projects.
- Address any customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Communicate with the city regarding permits for upcoming projects.
- Submit required documents and ensure all paperwork is complete and up-to-date.
- Keep track of permit statuses and resolve any issues or delays.
- Manage and organize emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Handle basic correspondence and make phone calls on behalf of the contractor.
- Track daily material purchases and update records in QuickBooks.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records related to business expenses.
- Provide general office support as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and document management.
- Make calls to vendors or suppliers as directed.
Hard Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in administrative roles, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM EST
