The Opportunity:
We are looking for an Enterprise Onboarding and Success Leader to play a critical role in building out our Enterprise team at Wrapbook. You will be responsible for leading Enterprise onboarding, managing a handful of Enterprise accounts while determining the strategy for Wrapbook onboarding in the future. This role is truly a player/coach role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of onboarding and managing a few select Enterprise customers while building out the long-term strategy for onboarding across all segments.
As part of Enterprise onboarding, you will be required to understand customer goals and challenges and establish Wrapbook as the platform that can meet their needs. To do this, you will have discovery calls to understand the customer’s current production payroll and accounting needs, build and present customized demonstrations of Wrapbook solutions, and see the customer through the early launch phase. You’ll provide valuable feedback to product and engineering on customer needs with an understanding of customer urgency with associated repercussions. You will consistently demonstrate a deep familiarity with the platform. This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic sales and client-service environment, to be an effective listener and communicator, and to provide creative solutions. In addition to managing Enterprise clients our Production Accounting Onboarding lead will report into this person.
Finally, you will set the short, medium and long-term strategy and goals for onboarding. This would include creating internal processes and hand-offs between teams, creating a check-list pre-launch to ensure the customer is ready to go and recommending investments based on Wrapbooks current and projected growth. The Enterprise Onboarding Lead will also develop a way to measure customer satisfaction post-onboarding to inform future projects. This is an exciting role to build and drive a new function at a fast-growing start up.
What you’ll do:
You will manage the day-to-day onboarding and success for enterprise clients while building out the onboarding function at Wrapbook.
Understand a businesses’ need, figure out how we can meet those needs and successfully onboard the client to Wrapbook’s production payroll and accounting products based on their requirements.
Provide Product and technical onboarding subject matter expertise for the Sales and Client Success team after the customer verbally commits to pilot.
Conduct Technical Discovery sessions directly with prospects with an eye towards uncovering any and all technical and product requirements, key business goals, and potential issues
Develop and deliver high stakes product demonstrations to a wide variety of audiences including VPs of Production, Finance, Line Producers and Accountants.
Prepare custom prospect/client solutions to be presented
Support Sales and client Operations by authoring responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Evaluate clients’ 1st and 3rd party data integrations, technology vendor requirements, and develop integration strategies
Engage in a rapid education process including formal training, self-study and field experience designed to ramp as a technical expert on Wrapbook and related integrations as quickly as possible
Prepare and provide client facing technical follow-up calls and documentation
Provide customer feedback with a focus on the job to be done to engineering and product.
Document standard operating procedures and best practices to use as we onboard additional Solution Consultants.
Keep up to date with all industry changes, product offerings and trends within the entertainment payroll industry
Meet or exceed quarterly objectives for pilot conversion rates.
Develop the short and long-term strategy for Wrapbook Client onboarding and execute on that vision once approved.
Develop a repeatable quantifiable way to measure onboarding satisfaction and execute the process.
Determine onboarding KPIs and set up dashboards and reporting to measure success
What you’ll have
10+ years experience with customer onboarding or solutions consulting.
Bachelor's degree in a technical (engineering, software, etc.) field or a bachelor's degree combined with relevant years of experience, Entertainment payroll experience is strongly preferred
A great communicator, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
A successful history of effectively partnering with product and engineering to solve customer problems.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to solve technical challenges
10-15% travel on a periodic basis as customer and implementation cycle requires
