Responsibilities
As a Cold Calling VA, you will play a crucial role in our marketing agency by reaching out to potential clients and setting up GoToMeetings for our sales presentations. Your primary responsibilities include:Scripted Cold Calls:Make outbound calls to businesses based on provided scripts.Introduce our services and value proposition.Qualify leads and identify decision-makers.Meeting Coordination:Schedule GoToMeetings with interested prospects.Coordinate meeting times and ensure availability of key stakeholders.Handle calendar management to free up time for the sales team.Follow-Up:Maintain a follow-up schedule to nurture leads.Send reminders and confirmations for scheduled meetings.Provide timely updates to the sales team.Follow up on leads that did not sign up for GoToMeeting until they agree to meeting or say no. Close out “no’s” and continue follow up with active accounts.
