They are scaling rapidly and expanding into retail and we need a proactive, detail-oriented assistant to help manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and marketing efforts.
Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized E-commerce & Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our online store operations, executing marketing initiatives, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll work closely with the marketing team to drive sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the brand.
Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations:
Manage daily order fulfillment, shipping, and returns within our e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop).
Monitor inventory levels and proactively address potential stockouts.
Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search engines.
Process customer orders, handle inquiries, and resolve any customer issues promptly.
Marketing Support:
Assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
Support influencer marketing campaigns, including product shipments, communication, and tracking results.
Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content.
Gather and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Project Management & Administration:
Manage and track projects using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing reports and dashboards.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as needed.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements:
Must-haves:
2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon).
Experience with influencer marketing, project coordination, and order fulfillment platforms.
Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, and basic Amazon Seller Central functions.
Experience with email marketing platforms and basic graphic design tools (Canva).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English: C2 Level)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
