Job Title: Marketing Automation and Operations Specialist

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (4 hours overlapping)
Compensation: $1,500 - $1,600 (based on assessment)

Job Summary:
We are presently in search of a skilled Marketing Operations and Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing automation strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency, overseeing the setup and management of automation tools, and ensuring data integrity across all marketing platforms and databases.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Create, document, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all marketing operations.
Oversee the setup and management of automation tools, particularly Zapier, to automate repetitive tasks.
Ensure data integrity across all marketing platforms and databases, including CRM systems and email marketing tools.
Coordinate and automate communication workflows for events, including pre-event emails, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
Manage customer communication templates and standard responses for inquiries such as refunds and free trial requests.
Collaborate with the sales team to automate the sales pipeline, including lead generation and outreach via LinkedIn.
Track and analyze marketing and sales data to optimize processes and strategies.
Handle operational overhead tasks, including sending out student certificates, responding to comments and questions, and other routine administrative duties.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
At least 4 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
Strong expertise in marketing automation tools, particularly Zapier.
Strong background in developing and implementing efficient processes and workflows.
Experience with CRM systems and ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
