\n- Conduct proactive and strategic sourcing of passive candidates through professional networks and other recruitment channels.
- Perform initial candidate interviews to assess both technical skills and general competencies.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Advanced English proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or any role involving direct interaction with the public (preferred).
