There are currently 4 members and we're looking for a candidate to join our global team. Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail oriented team member to work directly with our CEO on client processes, external communication, research projects, and more. New York, US based startup in the e-commerce space.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily client related internal reporting, data analysis and operational tasks
- Schedule meetings between prospects and customers and internal team members
- Prepare defined pre-meeting reports with basic information on attendees/companies using LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.
- Update and maintain CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Facilitate communication within the company and with clients.
- Manage basic email correspondence with customers and prospects including analyzing and providing feedback on basic campaign setup
- Assist in invoicing and billing processes as needed
- Build pipeline of webinar, podcasts and events for CEO + team members to execute
- Conduct one-off research projects and provide relevant information
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant.
- Proven ability to consistently schedule follow up meetings with client / prospects / partners
- Excellent follow through skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, excellent English written and verbal communication
- Proficient with Notion, Google (docs, sheets), Slack, Loom
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Flawless and fast internet connectivity
- Fully-remote work in EST shift
- Competitive market rate of upto $1500 per month
