We’re seeking an Executive Assistant for Axon’s Chief Revenue Officer. This role will be responsible for prioritizing schedules and projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role will provide calendar, meeting, travel, and expense assistance to maximize efficient use of resources; and help with other detailed, complex, and confidential duties as needed. Axon’s Chief Revenue Officer will be regularly travelling internationally and working with stakeholders in time zones across the globe; thus, the Executive Assistant needs to be highly competent in handling complex calendar requests, whilst also conscientious and adaptable to work with stakeholders of varying cultural differences.
What You'll Do
Location: London, United Kingdom; or Amsterdam, Netherlands
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
- This is a critical role that is responsible for leading administrative duties and enhancing the business executives’ effectiveness by providing information management support and representing the executive to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support to leadership, manage and organize calendars, arrange travel, and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to align meetings and schedules.
- Handle business, company, personnel, and customer details of highly confidential and sensitive nature, and engage with high level contacts inside and outside the company.
- Manage and plan travel arrangements for various external engagements.
- Provide calendar management and serve as the primary gatekeeper for the leaders and other team members liaising with internal and external stakeholders – must be comfortable working in multiple time zones.
- Highlight calendar conflicts and execute recommended resolutions.
- Ensure the leader is prepared for all meetings – securing all materials in advance.
- Anticipate meeting needs including reviewing & securing options for space, technology needs, food and beverage service, providing guest access to the building, hosting arrivals.
- Organize communications and redirect consistent with leaders’ regular practices.
- Review and manage leadership expenses to ensure they are compliant.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in an executive assistant support role.
- 2+ years of experience supporting VP or higher of a large organization.
- Experience in a multinational US tech company or in an equivalent complex global environment.
- Demonstrated experience planning large, complex events (both internal and external)
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, including a high customer service aptitude.
- Must be able to plan and organize tasks and appointments with competing levels of urgency and importance.
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook user and proficient in other MS Office applications
- Must have a high sense of urgency and follow-up.
- Should be able to work with internal and external stakeholders to include the board of directors, executive-level customers, politicians, and senior members throughout multiple organizations.
- Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience in lieu of formal education may be considered.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting.
