BizForce is currently expanding our healthcare division, MedCore Solutions, and we're seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Live Scribe to join our team. As a Medical Live Scribe, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient visits and interactions in real-time. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to contribute to patient care from the comfort of your own space. Responsibilities
- Attend real-time patient consultations and accurately document patient encounters, including history, symptoms, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify and ensure detailed notes during appointments
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Ensure high-quality and accurate documentation in medical records
- Review and edit notes as necessary for clarity and completeness
- Manage your workload effectively to meet the demands of healthcare providers

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day; 40 hours/week
Weekend days off
- At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Live Scribe or similar role
- Strong knowledge of medical terminologies
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using medical documentation software and tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in different medical specialties is a plus
- Amenable to work in a graveyard shift (US time zone)

- Windows: Windows 11 Pro (Windows 10 Pro is acceptable but not preferred). The operating system must have a legitimate license.

- At least an SSD for faster processing and performance.
Internet Connectivity:
- Minimum speed of 50 Mbps via a wired connection for stability and reliability.
- A backup internet connection is highly recommended.
