Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and Customer-centric Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Service VA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and seamless experience with our brand. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various channels.  This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and find satisfactory resolutions.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in using various communication platforms (email, chat, social media).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
