Job Description:
As a Virtual HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing remote administrative support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide timely assistance to clients.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Conduct research and compile reports on HR metrics and trends.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative support role.
- Proven 2 years of experience working with US clients.
- Solid understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
