We are currently seeking a dedicated Airbnb Virtual Assistant to support a US-based company in managing their short-term rental properties. This remote position offers the opportunity to work closely with property owners and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all parties involved. Responsibilities:
- Manage Airbnb listings, including updating descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, booking requests, and reviews.
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules between guests and service providers.
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, finances, and guest interactions.
- Conduct market research to optimize rental pricing and increase occupancy rates.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new guests to the properties.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a hospitality role, specifically with Airbnb or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Airbnb and other property management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in guesty, ownerez, price labs.

- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
