We seek a professional services practice leader to help grow our Employee Experience (EX) practice while delivering exceptional customer value.

- Manage Customer Relationships: Foster enduring relationships between INRY and customers, serve as a trusted advisor, monitor customer success metrics, and manage escalations.
- Talent Management: Hire, lead, coach, mentor, and performance manage the team. Develop next-generation leaders.
- Partner relationships: Build exceptional partner-of-choice relationships with ServiceNow stakeholders, including product teams, product line sales, and other subject matter specialists.
- Subject matter expert: Understand HR functionally and upcoming IT industry and ServiceNow trends. Ability to drive conversations and points of view around emerging trends. Be a credible leader through personal hands-on experience with the ability to leverage extended INRY and non-INRY networks to support the team.
- Ensure successful project delivery: Manage a cross-functional team of consultants, implementation specialists, and technical specialists to ensure the successful delivery of all our EX projects. Provide technical/functional direction to teams, manage a portfolio of projects and programs, and ensure successful delivery using the INRY PASS methodology.
- Success measured by Competency, Capability and Customer success: stay updated with ServiceNow products and solutions knowledge, drive revenue targets, and drive customer value realization that CSAT measures.
- 8+ years of experience building and working with high-performing teams.
- Experience in (or more) functions like HR Service Delivery, HR Operations, and HRIS Project management.
- Management experience in a global professional services organization.
- Experience designing and developing service capabilities and managing/delivering service portfolios.
- Flexible attitude but disciplined to manage ambiguity with the ability to pivot based on need.
- Experience presenting to individuals representing the C-Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.).
- Strong people development skills, including coaching and mentoring for consulting roles.
- Ability to present technical and business concepts comprehensively and concisely.
- Ability to interface and develop relationships with clients and partners.
- Willingness to work on multi-disciplinary projects to drive enterprise work modernization.
- Willingness to travel 50% as required.
- Leadership experience in Big 4 or similar consulting organization
