The HR Lead executes human resources programs, ensuring smooth HR operations, and maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role focuses on onboarding, Independent Contractor (IC) support, documentation processing, and fostering a positive work environment while assisting in retention and engagement initiatives. The HR Lead plays a key role in ensuring HR functions operate efficiently and align with organizational goals.
TASKS:
- Implement and facilitate onboarding processes, training programs, and orientation sessions.
- Maintain and generate HR-related reports and metrics to support organizational decision-making.
- Contribute to fostering a culture focused on engagement, service excellence, and high performance.
- Address Independent Contractor concerns in a timely manner while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Support initiatives that improve retention, promote Independent Contractor well-being, and enhance workplace safety.
- Manage and support HR team members to optimize overall HR function and efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and assess HR team productivity, providing feedback and coaching as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or at least 2 years in a supervisory HR role with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor law compliance.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Permanent work-from-home setup with a reliable internet connection.
